Roulette

D’Alembert System

D’Alembert strategy is good for the even money betting such as bet on red or black; odd or even and 1-18 or 19-36. This is based on the ideas of French mathematician Jean Le Rond d’Alembertґs and mostly on his theory of the following balance: when you have 2 events (for instance red or black) which has almost equal chance of happening and one of them begins to dominate (probably you have a lot of blacks), then the opposite outcome must dominate some time in the nearest future, saving the balance.
That means when you keep getting reds, it’s better to switch to black, but you should do it in a proper way. First of all you need to add a unit to your last bet every time you lose and remove the unit when you win the game.

This theory works perfectly when you have the 50/50 result on even money bets during some period of time, in that way when you play without rest for 100 bets and every time you bet on odd or even, you have the equal chances to see 50 even and 50 odd.

Certainly this may not happen even after 100 bets. Probably you start from even numbers and at the end find that you see mostly odd.
For instance, you have Ј3 on black and all your bet loses, you up the next bet to Ј4 black. In a case it woks and you win the spin you should reduce the next bet back to Ј3. In such a way with the help of the simple strategy of increasing your stake every time you lose you reach the goal to cover your loss and as the result get some profit.
When you use the most part of such kind of roulette strategies you face with the fact that the wheel has zero pocket, which influence on the result because your chances to win betting on are really less than 50 to 50.

Remember when you decide to play roulette according to some system that the strategy is not the guarantee of your win. Certainly you increase your chances to get the payout, but don’t dream about some great jackpot. The chances to win are pretty high and at the most part of cases you will win some money, but don’t be too enthusiastic about it.
